NEW Color Clients are required to have a VIRTUAL consultation prior to booking your color reservation. This helps me assess your current hair and your hair goals so that I will be sure to be prepared for your appointment. Please text 3-4 pictures of your hair currently in natural (outside) lighting along with your inspo pictures to 469.972.3724 prior to your consultation time. For NEW hair extension services, book a consultation and let’s go over all options that are suitable for your hair and your budget. (Your consultation fee will be applied to your extensions service when booked.) I want you to be 100% satisfied with your hair and overall experience. I know that your hair is important to you and I want you to be happy from the moment you sit in my chair to the moment you leave the salon! As a professional, I strive to communicate how important it is to take the most realistic approach to achieving your hair goals. If you are not happy with your experience, I will make any necessary adjustments so you can leave the salon feeling amazing. If after your experience you are unhappy with your result, within reason, I am happy to make adjustments to your hair in the form of a correction service. There are limitations to correction services to protect all parties involved: There are absolutely NO REFUNDS. My goal is to build a long lasting relationship with you. Sometimes there are bumps in the road, however I would rather learn with you and make adjustments so I can meet your hair goals. Sometimes this takes time, but I am willing to be patient with you if you are patient and reasonable with me. Your color is valid for a correction service up to 10 days after your service(s) was performed. You will no longer be eligible for correction service if you or another stylist makes any changes to the hair. In order to qualify for a correction service you must invest in the recommended retail products for proper care of the service at home. If you are in the middle of a color correction process and there is box color (any form of non professional color) you will not be qualified for a correction service if the desired result is not achieved in one sitting (this will be explained during consultation so there will be no surprises if the desired goal is not achieved in one sitting). Additional toners, treatments and other necessary services will be priced (fairly) in each specific case. Cancellations: If you have to cancel or reschedule an existing reservation, please do so at least 24 Hours in advance. Giving 24 hours or more allows me to place another waiting guest in that spot. If canceling less than 24 hours before the reservation time, this will be considered a No Show. Please review the No Show Policy listed below. Late Arrivals: Please come to your scheduled reservation on time with CLEAN AND DRY HAIR. If you happen to be late, I do understand that things happen, please update me on your new arrival time. I will try to accommodate with the new timing. However, there may be a chance you will need to reschedule your reservation. I have a grace period of 15 minutes for late arrivals. After 15 minutes the reservation will likely need to be canceled or rescheduled, and charged under the No Show Policy (below). No Show Reservations: In the case of a no show you will be charged 100% of your missed reservation service booked and will be required to pay a 50% deposit before booking your next reservation. Multiple no shows will likely result in my inability to accommodate any service reservations for you in the future. BY BOOKING A RESERVATION WITH MJ HAIR COMPANY, THE GUEST IS AGREEING TO ALL POLICIES, PLEASE MAKE SURE TO READ ALL POLICIES CAREFULLY. What should you expect at your reservation? A thorough Consultation: The ultimate goal is to understand and meet your desired hair goals. A thorough, in depth consultation will be performed before every service to give professional and realistic recommendations to meet your needs. This is typically done virtually BEFORE your booking for NEW clients. Refreshments: Complimentary refreshments are offered during all services. For longer reservations or special dietary needs, feel free to bring snacks with you! Educational tips, re-booking, take home product recommendations: To make sure you have everything you need before leaving the salon, we will discuss any questions you may have on maintenance, pre booking and at home care to make sure you keep your new color fresh and looking great!Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
We know things come up and you may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. If this happens, please call or text 469.972.3724 within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. Giving 24 hours or more allows for me to place another waiting guest in that spot. If canceling 2 hours or less before the appointment time, this will be marked under the no show policy listed above.
